CAN YOU TEMPORARILY FOSTER A GREYHOUND FOR US?

Fosterers are a valuable part of greyhound rescue in that another greyhound is living life away from the kennels and taking the first steps towards getting used to the family way of life. If you live in the South Lakes or the surrounding area and would like to foster a greyhound until we can find him or her a new home.
please contact Jenny or Stuart
T: 015395 52394 or email us for more information

Coral's Diary
11th July 2016

30th July 2016
Coral's new owner called in today to collect her and take her back to their caravan where they stay weekends before going home at the end of the weekend. Coral will be living with an elderly Jack Russell called Penny and we wish her a long and happy life with her new family.
26th August 2016
Just received an email from Coral's owner saying they have just returned  from a walk..She took a chance and took  Coral  and Penny to their local  duck pond fully prepared  to have a firm grip on a short  lead....turned out she was not the slightest interested  in the array of ducks, she was too preoccupied  with snuffling around and pinching bread crusts that were lying around! Apparently she was partial to some wholewheat  pitta bread!!
